New 6,700 square foot addition to the Jerome Liebling Center for Film, Photography and Video, a part of the Arts Complex at Hampshire College.
A collaboration between Veteran’s Homestead, Inc. and Mount Wachusetts Community College to provide a healthy environment for veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. The LEED Gold project includes a Therapy Building with a pool, massage, physical therapy and meeting rooms, as well as 10 duplexes for veterans & their families. 28 geothermal wells provide heat & hot water, and 8,364 square feet of PV panels provide electricity.

New street level accessible entrance and expansion of common areas in Berkshire Towers. The Project received an Honor Award for Accessible Design in Public Architecture, from the Massachusetts Architectural Access Board and the Boston Society of Architects.
Part of a two-phase development that consists of two, 2-story, wood-frame office buildings, the first phase houses offices for New England Environmental, Inc., an environmental consulting firm who will occupy approximately 5,000 square feet of the 9,600 square foot building, and tenant space for lease.
Implementing the first phase a multi-year six-building modernization program planned by Kuhn Riddle, the Main School Building project is a conversion of the third floor into new classrooms, offices and a dance studio.
A major renovation and expansion of the Philip Greer Store, the student center at the Academy, and conversion of un-used squash courts to a new, dual-level, 7,000 sq. ft. fitness center to serve the athletic department and the wider Academy community.
