This two-story shingle style house will replace an existing 1949 ranch house on a bluff overlooking Bellport Bay and Fire Island to the south. It is designed in the tradition of many shingle style residences that line the southern shore of eastern Long Island. The owners will live primarily on the first floor. The second floor will have bedrooms for visiting children and guests and a sitting room with deck overlooking the water view. Construction is slated to start in late 2014.
