Exploring the overlap between vernacular and modern design, Farm House is a combination of traditional forms and modern-day detailing. Simple volumes respond to the New England landscape and are easy to construct. Interior spaces are open, airy and full of light. The elongated plan takes advantage of southern exposure and northern views from the living area, while allowing for cross breezes and solar gain.
