KRA was selected by HAPHousing to provide design services for “Olympia Oaks,” a neighborhood of 42 affordable, energy-efficient homes on a 13-acre site in Amherst, MA.  The design team includes Doucet & Associates, Lindgren & Sharples, PC, New England Environmental, and Ryan Hellwig, PE.

Previously, KRA worked with the Town of Amherst on a feasibility study for the project.
