PROJECT ARCHITECT/PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking a design professional with experience managing projects at all phases of design, as well as bidding, contract negotiation, and construction phase services through project completion.

Key skills and abilities: collaborative design process, technical competence, well-developed project management skills, project team relationship management, creative problem-solving, good communication, and client-focused design excellence.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years (post-degree minimum) experience in Architecture
  • Architecture license for Project Architect
  • Architecture degree for Project Manager
  • 3 to 5+ years managing small to medium projects ($1M to $20M)
  • LEED, Passive House Certified Designer, or other sustainable building accreditation strongly desired
  • Revit experience required, Enscape rendering ability desired
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Background in education, commercial, and residential design and construction

PROJECT DESIGNER
KRA is a design-driven, community-oriented, sustainably-focused, collaborative, and fun place to work. We focus on education, commercial, and residential work and offer competitive pay and great benefits! Salary range between $62K to $75K, dependent on experience level.

We are seeking a professional to provide architectural support to Project Architects, Project Managers, and Interior Designers in the design, selection, coordination, and detailing of architectural projects.

Designer will create 3D Revit models for construction documentation, perform redline changes and revisions, design schematics, assist with construction administration, organize and maintain project files, research building products, and work collaboratively with other professionals to complete projects.

Key skills and abilities: collaborative design process, technical competence, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years (post-degree) experience in Interior Design or Architecture
  • LEED, Passive House, or other sustainable building accreditation strongly desired
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Revit, Enscape, and Photoshop experience desired.
  • Self-motivated, desire to learn and grow within firm
