This complete renovation brings new life to the Armour Building, introducing a modern office space, a future restaurant, and an accessible terrace set to anchor the dining experience.
Original brickwork and painted signage were preserved and celebrated, with thoughtful interior updates layered in to support the building’s next chapter.

A study of a compact ADU centered on accessibility, efficiency, and long-term livability.
Organized on a simple, single-level plan, the design maximizes daylight, open living space, and direct connections to the outdoors within a modest footprint.
