The home emphasizes connection to the outdoors, to light, and to community — with an open living space, generous deck above the carport, and large windows framing views of the surrounding trees. Inside, warm finishes and natural materials create a calm, enduring palette that complements the project’s carbon-neutral goals.

Located at the former Pleasant Journey site, this modern fueling station features 10 Level-3 fast chargers, a solar canopy, and a 4,800-square-foot energy-efficient retail building designed to bring new life to this gateway site.
Rooted in sustainability and community impact, DC Station transforms a once-barren lot into a vibrant destination.

Designed in collaboration with Berkshire Design Group and built by Keiter, the project embodies Northampton’s vision for a more connected and sustainable future.

We’re proud to share the first look at 33 King Street, an affordable housing development in downtown Northampton designed by our team in collaboration with Fuss & O’Neil, Valley Community Development and The Community Builders.

The project introduces 92 mixed-income units across two five-story buildings, with thoughtfully scaled residences, shared outdoor spaces, and community areas that promote connection and accessibility.

Rooted in sustainability and urban context, this project supports the city’s vision for inclusive growth and a more vibrant downtown.
