The renovation of the old town hall includes a new elevator and accessible entry, new box office, balcony access, updated finishes, theatrical lighting, acoustic treatments, a new sound and projection system, moveable seating and stage platforms, and a new dedicated energy-efficient heating and cooling system. Project team included a historic building consultant. Study was reviewed and approved by the Massachusetts Historical Commission.
