Part of a three-phase development for a historic farm. Phase one converted the existing farmhouse into an administrative building for a new charter school. Phase two set up an APR with the state to put 70% of the farmland into a preserve trust that leaves the land available to local farmers. Phase three is a 39-unit condo development geared towards owners 55 and over. The units are arranged around a courtyard and look outward onto private gardens or decks and the landscape beyond.
