This 18,000 sf 3-story is market rate housing, with high-end one bedroom/studio units. The complex offers a shared laundry area, elevator, on-site parking, bike storage, tenant storage, a high performance envelope, and is all electric.

The building form was driven by the tight triangular site geometry and parking and open space requirements. Prince St is a mixed-use development and – in addition to this 22-unit apartment building – includes an office building for the developer located at the prow of the site.

The building geometry slips in at the entry core to provide natural daylight on two sides of every unit. Low slope shed roofs reduce the building mass and create a dynamic relationship between the apartment building and the adjacent office building.
