A new house in an upscale subdivision for a couple with young children. The house reflects their interest in integrating Japanese design and culture into their everyday life.
Interior Design
Traditional New England and Japanese design combine to inspire this residential interior. The interior layout reflects the owner’s desire for purpose-built rooms that flow naturally to each other with a strong connection to the exterior. Japanese influences include a traditional tea room with tatami mats and Japanese soaking tubs in each bathroom.
