Meadow House

Project Description

Meadow House is a design for a group of sustainable homes available from Tomlinson Builders. The one-story, 2,000-square-foot houses have 3 bedrooms and an open floor plan. They are customizable for different client needs and sites. The design was inspired by the spare geometric forms of the area’s tobacco barns, combined with the porches of the classic farmhouse. The result is both modern and traditional, crisp and inviting.
