Bordering the Mass Central Rail Trail’s Norwottuck Branch, East Street Commons introduces 32 affordable and energy-efficient single-story homes to Hadley, MA. Incorporating a central “commons” area, a signature of Hadley’s landscape, this 55 and older community weaves open meadow green space through a variety of 2-bedroom homes designed in New England vernacular style.
