A proposed Passive House certified affordable housing development in Easthampton, MA. The project introduces 48 affordable apartments surrounded by acres of conservation land. The conservation land will include hiking trails to be shared and open to the Easthampton community. In collaboration with The Community Builders, KR is working to design a building that reflect the natural landscape while promoting connection and accessibility.
