A contemporary take on the classic New England form.
This modern cape in Northampton’s newest community, Trails Edge Commons reinterprets traditional proportions through a sustainable, net-zero–ready design.
The home emphasizes connection to the outdoors, to light, and to community — with an open living space, generous deck above the carport, and large windows framing views of the surrounding trees. Inside, warm finishes and natural materials create a calm, enduring palette that complements the project’s carbon-neutral goals.

Located at the former Pleasant Journey site, this modern fueling station features 10 Level-3 fast chargers, a solar canopy, and a 4,800-square-foot energy-efficient retail building designed to bring new life to this gateway site.
Rooted in sustainability and community impact, DC Station transforms a once-barren lot into a vibrant destination.
Designed in collaboration with Berkshire Design Group and built by Keiter, the project embodies Northampton’s vision for a more connected and sustainable future.
