A native of Western Massachusetts, Andrew has a broad depth of experience in construction and design in the area. Andrew received his Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in Historic Preservation from Roger Williams University. After graduating in 2008, he returned to the Valley and worked with a small architectural team designing super-efficient buildings including Net-Zero, LEED Gold, and LEED Platinum rated residences.
Since joining Kuhn Riddle in 2012, Andrew has been primarily involved with educational and affordable housing projects throughout the valley. His primary concern as a project manager is to improve and streamline communication between client, designer, and builder. To ensure this, Andrew has taken initiative in improving digital representation and communication, ensuring that Kuhn Riddle is at the forefront in technical ability.
Prior to working as an architectural designer, Andrew was involved with a variety of construction trades and has a firm understanding of carpentry and sustainable methods of construction. He believes that the key to achieving great design is to first understand how it should be built, and he brings that understanding to all projects in the office. Outside of the office, Andrew spends time in his woodshop designing and building furniture.
