An affordable housing development in downtown Northampton designed by KR in collaboration with Fuss & O’Neill, Valley Community Development and The Community Builders. The project introduces 92 mixed-income units across two five-story buildings, with thoughtfully scaled residences, shared outdoor spaces, and community areas that promote connection and accessibility.

Rooted in sustainability and urban context, this project supports the city’s vision for inclusive growth and a more vibrant downtown.
