Conversion of a former 10,000 SF bank located on the major intersection in downtown Amherst into a multi-tenant building. The former bank has been converted into an incubator space.

The blank façade facing Amherst’s main retail street was transformed into two levels of retail storefronts and a restaurant through the use of ramps, a stair and a two-level arcade.
