KRA redesigned 4,000 square feet of former classroom and unused TV studio space into two interconnected student spaces. The Undergraduate Engineering Hub provides space for undergraduate student engineering societies. The Graduate Engineering Hub provides space for grad students, who generally live off campus, to work collaboratively and secure personal items while on campus. The suite is accessed by a new glazed entry off the main lobby space.

Drawing inspiration from the Electrical and Computer Engineering Graduate program, we highlighted the intricate pipework in the ceiling with an accent color, installed a graphic that emulates radio or microwave frequency, and incorporated geometric shapes and patterns.
