The Farm Table at Kringle Candle

The focus of this restoration/addition was a late 18th century house – one of the oldest in Bernardston – which was gutted, raised and set on a new foundation with new framing, roofing, windows and interior finishes.  The second floor now contains the HVAC equipment. The new gourmet kitchen includes a large brick wood-fired pizza oven. Decks flank both sides of the rear dining room with two exterior brick fireplaces. This new fine dining establishment has seating for 105 including a bar area and two dining rooms.

Sustainable Features

Heating and cooling for the entire complex was done with geo-thermal heat pumps.
